GFS will be hosting Operation Shoebox on Sunday, December 10th after the 9 AM service. Please continue to bring small gifts to put in the shoe boxes for the hundreds of kids who will celebrate Christmas at the Some One Cares Soup Kitchen right here in Costa Mesa. We need lots of shoe boxes and small gifts for teenage boys and girls, as well as for all other ages. The kids also love balls, so we make an exception for basketballs, soccer balls, etc. Small toys and games, jewelry, black socks for boys, magazines, fun toiletries, $5 gift cards to Starbucks, hair accessories, and anything else that will fit in a small shoe box.
