St. John's Manor

St. John’s Manor is a three story, 36-unit, secured senior housing community adjacent to St. John the Divine Episcopal Church.

Constructed in 1984, it is a project of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church Development Corporation. All apartments are one bedroom, one bath, and are regulated as to rental charges, operational policy, resident eligibility and uses of funds by HUD standards.

The property is less than five miles from the coast. The quiet residential neighborhood consists mostly of single family homes, town homes, and condominiums.
